DUNKIN

November 1, 2009...  Dunkin continues to settle in with us in his foster home.    Dunkin has a very gentle demeanor. He is great with other dogs.  He went on a play date today with 5 other dogs (5 of which were boxers) and they all got along great.   We found out he behaves around horses as well.    He does try to play with the cats but he does not hurt them or chase them.   Dunkin needs some leash training, he has learned 'SIT', we are working on 'STAY'.  He does not like to have his nails clipped, the big boy is a bit wimpy with that :-)   He has put on some weight and is looking really handsome.   He is going to make some human very happy with his companionship.

October 12, 2009...  Dunkin is new to CBR.  He is 56 pounds of sweetness and he is heartworm NEGATIVE!   Dunkin is really good in the crate.  We leave to door open when we are home and he goes in his crate to lay down when he gets tired of playing.  He is much to skinny, but eating very well and already gaining weight.   He is very skittish, but slowly coming around.    More on Dunkin later.
