Do you need to surrender your Boxer?
Please make sure that you are 100% sure that you want to surrender your pet. Your dog must meet the following requirements in order to be accepted by Carolina Boxer Rescue:
1. Dog must be spayed or neutered.
2. Dog must be current on vaccines.
3. Dog must have had a heartworm test within the last 6 months.
If your dog meets these requirements, please fill out the Owner Surrender Agreement and email it with a picture of your dog to: Carolina Boxer Rescue. If you can not email it, please mail it (with a picture of your dog) to the address listed on the surrender form. Thank you.
