CBR's EMERGENCY ROOM
Below are pictures, information and associated costs for some of the boxers needing extra medical care that Carolina Boxer Rescue (CBR) has taken into our program. Carolina Boxer Rescue is a non-profit, publicly supported organization. Without the help from private donors we would not be able to continue to take care of the sick boxers that come our way. We would not be able to provide these services if we depended on our adoption fees alone. Please read some of these stories and consider making a donation to Carolina Boxer Rescue. Duke - October 2009 - goal: $430
Duke needs a special neuter surgery. He was found to have chryptorchid - one testicle has not descended. Because of this, the surgery is much more involved and more costly. We would love to get Duke neutered so that he is 100% ready for his furever home. Please consider donating to his care. Thanks!
Nala, Koko, Lacey, Jake and Max - October 2009 - goal: $2250
These sweeet babies are Heartworm positive and need to be treated before going to their furever homes. Heartworm treatment for each dog is estimated at $450 X 5 = $2250. We currently do not have the funds to treat even one of these dogs. Please consider donating to their treatment so that they can get healthy and find their furever homes!!
