CHLOE
December 16, 2009...  Chloe is such a loving girl.  She loves to play.  She was spayed and did a great job with that.  She is a lapdog and loves to snuggle.  The closer she can get to you the happier she is.  She seems to care less about cats.  She gets along great with all types of dogs.  She's crate trained and house training is coming along fine.  Her manners are getting so much better.  She is not jumping as much and she is always always happy to meet people.   If she could have a job I would say it would be the Wal Mart greeter.  It would fit her personality.  You just need to watch out for the tail because it never stops wagging.  She went up to a little boy the other day and gave him a kiss so I think she is even great around children..

October 23, 2009...  So far Chloe and Britney have not stopped playing.  My little dogs (chihuahua's) have been barking at her and she is a little curious about that but otherwise stays away from them.   She is housetrained

She's a little rough when she plays with me, so I'll have to teach her some manners.  She loves to sleep on the bed.  She gets up on the couch when she and Brit aren't playing.  She and Brit lay down next to each other during these few minutes and also at night in the room when they aren't on the bed.

Overall, she is going to be a terrific girl for someone who will play with her and would be terrific with another boxer or something similar that loves to play.

Right now, I would say she would have to be around older children because she does use her mouth when she plays.  She doesn't bite, but her teeth are sharp and she does jump up and paw at you to play with her.  She will grab your hand also just to get your attention not to hurt it.  She's not food aggressive as far as I can tell.  Scooter, my furry vaccum cleaner tries to sneak food from her bowl and she just backs away.  So far, so good

More to come as I get to know Chloe.
